The Dandelion Dinner

We are setting the table to celebrate Spring. Join us for this one-of-a-kind Dandelion Dinner hosted by Shawn Dawson & Amber Fitzgerald.

For years, Amber Fitzgerald and Shawn Dawson have dreamt of creating an event that celebrates one of the most notorious 'weeds'.... the dandelion.

This spring, that dream finally comes to life.

Join us for an intimate evening of food, drink, music, storytelling, and connection as we gather around the table to celebrate dandelions in all of their glory.

Hosted inside the beautiful new Kitchen Barn at O'Brien Farm, this one-night-only experience will feature a thoughtfully crafted three-course dinner inspired by the dandelion from root to bloom.

Before dinner service begins, guests are invited to settle in with a dandelion-inspired welcome drink from Salt & Spruce Mobile Beverage Co. and cozy up by the fire while taking in the atmosphere of the barn.

Throughout the evening, you’ll be serenaded by local musical duo Dandelion Few, adding the perfect soundtrack to this wild spring gathering.

We are also thrilled to partner with Mauzy for the launch of their very first Dandelion Mead, with one glass included with every ticket.

And at the heart of it all is local forager Shawn Dawson of Barking Kettle, who will personally forage the dandelions featured throughout the meal and share stories and insight into this abundant and misunderstood plant.

Join us for this seasonal experience rooted in place, and inspired by the beauty growing right beneath our feet. We cannot wait to gather around the table with you for this very special first edition of The Dandelion Dinner.
